There is help! Our clients can maintain the legal role and fiduciary responsibilities of estate administration while we assist in the following:

Liquidations,sales,disposals,storage

Secure and monitoring properties

Coordinate with out of state heirs

Monitor and manage the decedent's mail to coordinate with the Executor for bill paying

Coordinate and manage the upkeep of any property

Inventory duties for probate, organize the contents of the home for the family to review

Facilitate donation items to non-profits and valuate and assist in distributing items according to the decedent's legal documents

Coordinate with other professionals, including real estate professionals to prepare the property for sale

Work closely with legal counsel to assist the executor in meeting deadline and reporting requirements

TAX TIP: Our services are Estate tax deductible as an estate administration expense. Our fees are paid from the Estate prior to distribution to the estate beneficiaries. There are no out-of -pocket expenses for the estate administrator!
