Services & Fees

Inslee, Maxwell & Associates offer a variety of services to help meet the needs of clients. We offer a wide range of helpful, protective and cost effective services that may prevent the need for a court directed Guardianship.

Limited and Full Guardianships of the Person and/or Estate
Elder Care Management and Case Management for Individuals with Disabilities. In Home Services
Representative Payee, Money Management and Budgeting Guidance.
Bill Paying Assistance/Limited Power of Attorney
Consultation & Assistance for Family Guardians, Standby Guardians
Treatment Planning & Functional Assessments for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities or Cognitive Impairments
Serving Northwest Washington Including Whatcom, Skagit and Island counties

Trust management services and Professional Personal Representative (Executor services) and Estate Organization Services are also available.

Fees

Private Guardian work and Attorney-in-fact work is billed from $35.00 to $75.00 per hour.

All clerical responsibilities are billed at $35.00 per hour.

State Guardianship cases start at $175.00 per month.

Representative Payee Services and Private Bill paying services are included for case management clients.

Case Management Services and Estate Organization Services are typically billed at $75.00 per hour, but other arrangements may be more cost effective and can be negotiated to meet your budget.

All fees are billed in 15 minute increments.
