Stephanie Inslee, MA
Stephanie has lived in Whatcom county for over 25 years.
She is a Certified Professional Guardian with a BA degree in Human Services from Western Washington University and an MA degree
in Psychology from Antioch University, Seattle. Stephanie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. For many years, she
has worked in the Behavioral Health Department (mental health & chemical dependency) for a large west coast Insurance
company, as well as providing services to individuals and families in private practice.The unique blend of private and public
social work allows Stephanie to bring specialty to her guardian practice in mental and medical healthcare, care management,
and developmental disabilities.

Cindy Maxwell, MA
Cindy is a
Certified Professional Guardian with a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington and an MA degree in Psychology from
Antioch University, Seattle. Cindy has many years of experience providing services to "difficult to serve" populations,
including the chronically mentally ill, dual diagnosed & incarcerated individuals (adults & children). Cindy
is an Licensed Mental Health Counselor and has been an owner/partner in two local mental health agencies, serving a three
county area. Cindy is on the Board of Directors for Elder Service Providers (ESP) in Whatcom County and brings
extensive experience in mental health, cognitive impairments, care coordination and business skills to her guardianship practice. Contact

Professional Guardian, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Geriatric Mental Health Specialist. Tammy stays

Jamie Kaplan, M.A.
Jamie is our Accounts Manager. With humor and tenacity, she
runs the office and keeps all of us organized. Jamie received her B.A. from Washington State University
and then went on to attend graduate school at the University of the Pacific. In her spare time Jamie likes to travel,
camp and take her VW Westfalia on road trips.
